Main Features Bedrooms & Bathrooms:- Sunrise Beach House: Sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom upstairs. Features a wraparound lawn, ocean-facing deck, and open-plan living.- Sunrise Studio: Sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Can be booked separately or combined with the Beach House for larger groups.All units include fresh linen, private bathrooms with showers, and basic amenities.

Location Located at 18 Beach Road, Mazeppa Bay, Eastern Cape — a remote coastal gem known for its rugged beauty and rich marine life. Ideal for fishing, hiking, sandboarding, and dolphin spotting. The access road is rough; 4x4 or high-clearance vehicles recommended.

Guest Access Guests enjoy full access to their private units, decks, and outdoor areas. The beach is mere metres away, making Mazeppa Sunrise a dream for early morning swims and late afternoon strolls.
