Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Four Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds.Two Bathrooms: The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a second bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Living Spaces: Comfortable Living Area: Includes cosy sofas and a TV. Guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder for entertainment.Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, utensils, and tableware.

Outdoor Amenities: The spacious patio opens from the living area with seating and a breathtaking view overlooking Victoria Bay beach.

Conveniences: Well-Equipped Kitchen: Includes all necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.Entertainment: Smart TV is available, guests can log in to their own DSTV, Netflix or other streaming sites.

Additional Facilities: Secure parking is available on the premises for two vehicles.

During peak season and special events, a minimum stay 7 nights may apply.- Serviced accommodation: Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge and should be arranged prior to arrival.- Pricing: May vary based on the season and length of stay.

Policies:- No pets.- No parties exceeding 22:00.- Only registered guests are allowed at the property.- Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.

On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access permit to ensure smooth entry.
