Your personalised rate depends on the length of your stay, the size of the residence, the number of guests and any additional requirements or specifications.

For the applicable homes, rates include Wi-Fi, streaming services, garden maintenance, window and exterior cleaning, together with mandatory housekeeping and laundry services provided by our team. These residences are offered as furnished, serviced accommodation rather than conventional residential rentals.

This rate range and service package apply to selected residences only. Each quotation confirms the applicable home, included services, service frequency and any additional charges before you book.

For homes outside the selected premium serviced collection, packages are quoted individually and essential garden or pool care may be compulsory. Your quotation confirms utilities, subscriptions and any additional charges. Groceries and meals are not included unless expressly quoted.
